Mridula has started her FEM PhD scholarship from 16th March 2013 in the Biostatistics and Data Management group within the Computational Biology Department under the supervision of Dr. Ron Wehrens.
Mridula will work on Strategies to combine data blocks in system biology. The main of this project is to understand the several existing and novel methods for analysis of modern genetics and system biology data in which the simultaneously analysis of multiple data block is primordial. The tools developed under this project will be helpful for the modelling of biological data.

Curriculum Vitae

Mridula has finished her Master in Bioinformatics from University of Pune, India (2010). During her Bachelor she has undertaken major in Botany, Zoology and Chemistry from Barkhatullah University, India (2008). After finishing her Master, she was working as research assistant at National Chemical Laboratory, India.
Her research activities will mainly focused on bioinformatics, pathway modelling and data analysis approaches.
