We are recruiting for the position of
Technologist for apple, soft fruit transformation and in vitro culture
A technologist position is available in the Transformation and Tissue Culture Technological platform, Department of Biology and Genomics of Fruit Crops of the Research and Innovation Centre. The successful applicant will be part of a team aiming at plant transformation, germplasm conservation, tissue and in vitro culture.

The person will be responsible for the maintenance of in vitro culture of apple and other soft fruits, transform different cultivars and develop new procedure for plant transformation. She/he will have also the responsibility to clone gene and analyse transgenic plants. She/he will be also responsible for good manteinance and daily care of a GMO greenhouse and laboratories.
