Maso Togn
Useful surface: 7,10 hectares
Corporate body located at an altitude between 640 and 720 m.a.s.l. above the town of Faedo. In 1987 a vertical-trellised vineyard of 4 hectares has been realized, with the objective to verify the behaviour of the screw in a high representative hillside enviroment of many agricultural areas of the Province of Trento. The important results obtained in the experimental phase have allowed, through the gradual renewal of some vineyards and expansion of under-vines areas, to allecate the entire plot to productive purposes.
From Maso Togn come the grapes intended for the production of three important wines: Müller Thurgau, Sauvignon Monastero, Prepositura, Edmund Mach Riserva del Fondatore.
