The wines of the Monastero range are the result of an oenological project set up with extreme passion and rigor born in 2000 on the legacy left by the work of the founder Edmund Mach to witness the strong propensity of the Trentino vineyard to produce great wines, in the sign of a refined longevity.
These wines are the result of a specific wine-growing work for cultivation which has allowed to achieve in selected vineyards an optimal vegetation-production balance depending on the variety and the production site.
This is cru, or rather to special quality wines linked to well-defined cultivation area within the plots of the Farm.
