The Fondazione Edmund Mach is looking for:
- N. 1 (one) temporary position for up to 30 months* as Fourth level researcher (R4) in the field of data mining and eco- epidemiological data analysis and modelling (290_CRI_DAM) - deadline March 28, 2021
The position will be assigned to Research and Innovation Centre (CRI), Department of Biodiversity and Molecular Ecology, Applied Ecology Research Unit. Project PI Annapaola Rizzoli. The position is offered within the Horizon 2020 Large Collaborative Project “Monitoring outbreak events for diseases surveillance in a data science context (MOOD )” and the duration of the contract is limited to the duration of the project itself. Therefore, the start date is negotiable, but the contract cannot extend beyond the actual project end date of 31 December 2023.

Requirements necessary for participation:
- Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, biology, ecology, epidemiology, medical and veterinary sciences or equivalent;
- Knowledge of written and spoken English (minimum level B2), evaluated during the interview.
