From 2008 at Research and Innovation Centre, she holds the position of In-house Legal Counsel. She is responsible for quality and timely execution of all legal transactions with specific emphasis on technology transfers contracts, consortium agreements, co-operative research agreements, Ph.D. agreements. She assists management in legal negotiations, also carrying out advising and supporting activity about all intellectual property matters and research funding calls or projects that involve FEM-CRI. To improve her skills in this field she attended many courses and summer schools about the management of the intellectual property in the university, public bodies and research centers.
Genny was born in 1977 in Cles (TN, Italy). In 2002 she obtained her degree in Law at the university of Trento with a thesis in Canon Law. From May 2003 to April 2004 she worked at Town Hall of Tuenno (TN, Italy) as Taxes Office responsible. In 2004 she started to work at FEM, Safecrop Centre as projects manager She was responsible for the financial management and reporting, for the communication with both partners and coordinators, and for the audit. She also prepared the technology transfers contracts, consortium agreements and co-operative research agreements in which was involved the Centre.
