Production area
Noderli plot, located in a hilly area at 300 m a.s.l., upstream of the Agricultural Institute; 20-30 % slope, west exposure. Moraine deposit of alluvial terracing, pebbles, topsoil - silty, clay 10 %, good supply of organic matter and balanced nutrient content.
Vineyard characteristics
Installation dated 1986, vine density 5.000 plants/hectare, vertical-trellised, cordon-trained and spur-pruned.
Harvest
Grapes harvested by hand around the 10th of Semptember, average output of 50-60 quintals/hectare (1,1 kg/vine).
Vinification
Crushed grapes macerated with a few whole grapes for 12 days. Frequent racking during the first days of maceration, reduced to two during the last week. Matured for 12 months in small oak barrels with subsequent bottle refining.

Serving temperature
We recommend opening the bottle an hour before pouring and serve at 18°C. Perfect with strongly flavoured dishes; ideal partner for all kinds of grilled meat.
