Production area

Raoti Cimirlo plot, situated at an altitude of 250 m a.s.ò. in a hilly area near the village of San Michele; 20-30 % slope, western exposure. Calcareous soil, pebbles, loamy texture, good permeability, discreet presence of skeleton, good endowment of organic substance, balanced content of nutrients.

Vineyard characteristics

Planted in 1981, vine density 4.000 plants/hectare, simple Trentino pergola cultivation method.

Harvest

Grapes harvested by hand during the third decade of September, average output of 60-70 quintals/hectare (1,6 kg/vine).

Vinification

Traditional white wine vinification process; fermentation entirely performed in steel containers and left at length on the lees.

Serve at a temperature of 10°C

Tasting notes and table companions

Straw-yellow colour with green highlights. Extremely complex and varied aroma, with a well-balanced and pleasantly acidulous taste.

Its structure and acidity make it one of the most long-life white wines in our product range. Perfect as an aperitif and suitable for appetizers and first courses.
